PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a Fortune 500 leader in industrial automation, engineering, and manufacturing to hire an experienced Welder. Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Perform precision welding to meet product specifications and certification requirements.

• Weld production and prototype components using TIG and/or MIG processes.

• Work with stainless steel and specialty metals.

• Set up fixtures, troubleshoot welding issues, and operate programmable welding equipment as needed.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all quality and safety standards, including required weld testing.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 3+ years of welding experience.

• Experience with TIG and/or MIG welding .

• Ability to obtain required welding certifications.

• Experience welding stainless steel .

• Steel-toe shoes required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with programmable welding equipment.

• Prototype or precision manufacturing experience.

• Lean or continuous improvement experience.

Welding Test

• 1G Open Root on 3" Schedule 80 316 Stainless Steel

• Future requirement: 6G welding proficiency

Pay Details: $14.78 to $24.63 per hour
