About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Biometrics for Cell Therapy. This key enterprise leader will be responsible for defining and leading the long-term vision, operating model, and organizational structure for biostatistics and data management. The successful candidate will serve as the principal statistical authority, providing expert oversight across all clinical programs, and ensuring the highest standards of statistical methodologies and innovative study designs. The role demands a balance of deep scientific expertise, strong strategic judgment, and operational leadership, with a focus on influencing clinical development strategies and ensuring statistical rigor from early-stage development through registration. Applicants must have a PhD or MS in biostatistics, statistics, or a related discipline, with at least 15 years' experience in biotech or pharmaceutical R&D, and a strong preference for those with expertise in cell therapy. The role requires a proven track record in leading biostatistics teams, shaping statistical strategy for pivotal clinical trials, and influencing executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global regulatory expectations, data standards, and inspection readiness, and be adept at leading statistical strategy for regulatory interactions and submissions. The position offers the opportunity to build and shape a best-in-class biometrics function and to have an enterprise-level impact across a growing clinical pipeline.
