This entry-level position offers starting pay at $21.96 plus an off-shift premium, the position also includes comprehensive hands-on training to develop essential skills in manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control, preparing you for a successful career in our dynamic production environment.Job Description:* Learn and perform various manufacturing tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors.* Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently after appropriate training.* Assist with the setup, adjustment, and minor troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.* Inspect products for quality defects and ensure adherence to specifications and standards.* Document production data, including quantities, times, and quality checks.* Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.* Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall plant cleanliness.* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.Required Skills and EducationEducation:* High school diploma or equivalent.Skills:* Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technical skills.* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.* Basic math and computer skills are preferred.* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.* Working in hot conditions* Must be able to work various shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends, as required.* Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus but not required.About Dauch:Dauch Corporation is a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier serving the global automotive industry with a powertrain-agnostic product portfolio that supports electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles.
