Litigation Associate Attorney

Overview Bowman & Brooke LLP is a nationally recognized litigation firm focused on defending high-stakes product liability and complex litigation matters. With over 200 attorneys across 17 offices nationwide, we defend global companies in technically intricate lawsuits across multiple jurisdictions. Location Phoenix, AZ office (Hybrid position – remote and in‑office days). Responsibilities Handle day-to-day case development including depositions, client interaction, collaboration with technical experts, discovery management and drafting/arguing motions. Provide strategic litigation planning support to partners, from trial preparation through execution. Accept substantive responsibility from the start in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Qualifications 4+ years of litigation experience. JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school. Active member of the Arizona Bar. Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills and high degree of independence and initiative. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of current state and federal procedures. Excellent written and oral communication. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Trial experience preferred but not required.
