Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) . The candidate will be responsible for IAM platform administration, troubleshooting, identity lifecycle management, integrations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Okta Workforce Identity Cloud .
Develop and maintain SailPoint rules, workflows, forms, reports, and customizations .
Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, federation, provisioning, and access-related issues .
Support identity lifecycle management , user provisioning/deprovisioning, access requests, and access certifications.
Configure and troubleshoot integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise applications .
Integrate IAM platforms using REST APIs, Web Services, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC .
Troubleshoot directory synchronization and identity provisioning issues.
Monitor IAM platforms, investigate incidents, and provide timely production support.
Implement IAM security best practices and support governance and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to resolve IAM issues and deliver solutions.
Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and configuration records.
Required Skills:
8 10 years of experience in IAM / IGA / Identity Security .
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) .
Strong hands-on experience with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud administration.
Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and IAM concepts.
Experience with SSO, MFA, Federation, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) .
Strong knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory .
Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, JSON, and XML .
Hands-on experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning, access certifications, and identity lifecycle management .
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across authentication, authorization, and provisioning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, forms, and custom connectors .
Experience integrating SailPoint/Okta with enterprise applications.
Knowledge of IAM security, governance, and compliance best practices.
Experience supporting enterprise IAM platforms in production environments.
