POSITION: Full time Pediatrician MD

JOB DESCRIPTION: Pediatrician needed for full time outpatient care with in a 25 physician multi-specialty group located in Sun Valley, California. Currently no inpatient care required only shared telephone call availability. Physician must have a valid California Medical license and board certified or eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics preferred.

JOB DUTIES:

• See patients in 1 medical facility and carry a patient case load of 20-30 per day. 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Malpractice/licensing/credentialing and overhead expenses associated with job are covered

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid and current California medical license at the time of start date
• Board certified or eligible in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics preferred
• Good personality and be able to get along with a wide range of people, all ages, genders, etc – bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
• Clinical practice experience preferred but not required
• Must be of high character, high expectations for integrity in this position

COMPENSTION:

• Salary of $180,000-$220,000 first year with sizable increases in second and third year based on performance; increases range from $5,000 to $10,000 per year. The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, as applicable to the position
• Additional signing bonus of $20,000 payable on start date
