TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required. License: Valid RN license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required. Must-Have: 1 year of experience 1:2-3 Patient Ratio experience Epic charting system experience Description: Minimum experience of 1 year is required, and 1st timers are accepted. Patient population includes adults to geriatrics. The unit specializes in medical-surgical ICU with a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to sepsis, respiratory failure, and cardiac conditions. Procedures performed include CRRT, targeted temperature management, central line maintenance, and continuous IV infusions. The average daily census is 12 patients, with a total of 15 beds in the unit. Staffing ratios are maintained at 1:2-3 and floating within the facility/scope of practice may be required. Compliance with onboarding requirements is necessary to ensure timely start. The traveler is expected to work designated holidays as outlined in department policies. Travel experience is required. Previous charge experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to demonstrate skills in arterial line management, ventilator management, and care of ventilated patients. Team collaboration is essential as the role will work alongside interdisciplinary support services.
