Job Duties And Responsibilities Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company‑mandated standards. Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels. Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel. Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surrounding amenities. Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc. Identify items guests have left behind and report them using the hotel’s lost‑and‑found procedures. Other duties as assigned. Education And Experience High school diploma or GED. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Ability to multi‑task. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Team player. Ability to exceed guests’ expectations. Knowledge of cleanliness standards. This position is tipped‑eligible. Compensation ranges from 15 to 16 per hour.
