Outside Sales Representative

Greater Philadelphia | South Jersey | Northern Delaware

Full-Time | $70,000-$80,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus

Nelbud is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop new commercial business throughout Greater Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Northern Delaware.

This is a true outside sales opportunity where you'll own your territory, build lasting customer relationships, and deliver solutions that help protect businesses and the people they serve.

• Develop new commercial business throughout your assigned territory
• Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and in-person meetings
• Build relationships with business owners, facility managers, and key decision-makers
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and facility assessments
• Identify customer needs and present customized service solutions
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business
• Grow existing customer relationships by identifying additional opportunities
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity using Salesforce CRM
• Partner with operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience from sale through service

• Outside B2B sales or business development experience preferred
• Proven success prospecting, developing new business, and closing sales
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A consultative sales approach with the ability to identify customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management skills
• Salesforce CRM experience is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
