BUSSER SERVER ASSISTANT

Busser/Server Assistant
A Busser/Server Assistant is attentive to guests needs at all times and works closely with the restaurant team to ensure that tables are clean, set and ready, helping to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Ensures the dining room looks neat and presentable.
- Arrange tables for large parties and prepares for large parties.
- Observes seated guests and alerts servers if guests need refills or other assistance.
- Checks restrooms at least every hour to be sure they are clean and stocked.
- Maintains building exterior by cleaning sidewalks, landscaping and parking lots as requested.
- Maintains a safe work area by cleaning up dining room and service aisle spills
- Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned
- Assist with servers and other team members as requested
- Perform all other duties or special projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be able to follow directions, work in a fast-paced, high pressure customer responsive environment.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate with co-workers and guests.
- Professional conduct at all times
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift
- Minimum lifting, pushing and pulling of 40 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds
- Pushing, bending, stooping, walking, upward reaching, manual dexterity, seeing, hearing, verbal communication
- Age requirements may apply in order to remain in compliance with State and Federal laws
