Responsibilities Establish and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Develop staff and control expenses and shrinkage. Oversee merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures. Work up to 38 hours per week. Qualifications Minimum age requirement: 18. Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience required.
