Join Our Team as a Full-Time Caregiver at Willowbrook Personal Care Home! Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional care to our residents. What You'll Be Doing As a full-time caregiver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and happiness of our residents. You'll work alongside another caregiver, making it a collaborative and rewarding experience. With only three residents to care for, you'll have the opportunity to form meaningful connections and truly make a difference in their lives. Here’s what your responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility. Preparing and serving meals (meals are included for you, too!). Engaging residents in fun, enriching activities to brighten their day. Maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment. Providing companionship and fostering a warm, family-like atmosphere. Helping care for our large, friendly dog, who is adored by all our residents. What We're Looking For We’re seeking someone who is kind, patient, and eager to create a positive impact. While we prefer candidates with at least 1 year of experience in caring for seniors, we’re happy to provide training for the right person. Here’s what we’d love to see: A genuine passion for working with seniors. A team-player mindset to collaborate with your fellow caregiver. Comfort around pets, especially our lovable dog.
