Registered Nurse (RN) - Endoscopy Float Position

Position Summary Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Atrium Health Mercy Endoscopy – Float Position Location: Charlotte, NC, United States Department: 36820 Carolinas Medical Center – Endoscopy Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (36 hours per week). Float to Mercy, CMC, Pineville, Lake Norman, University and ASC facilities. Floating incentive $6/hr. Employment Status: Full time Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour Benefits Eligible: Yes Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (required) Previous ICU, PACU or ER nursing experience strongly preferred Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe and therapeutic care per established standards, policies, and procedures. Apply evidence‑based practice and clinical decision making while communicating compassionately and supporting a safe, patient‑centered environment. Adapt to floating schedule across multiple facilities, ensuring continuity of care.
