Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Healthcare Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruiting or healthcare staffing. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet organizational staffing needs. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards and databases Screen resumes and schedule interviews Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain candidate records and update systems Support senior recruiters with hiring initiatives Requirements High School Diploma or higher education Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to learn and grow in a recruiting role Must have the will to win and succeed #J-18808-Ljbffr Hp2
