Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control / Receiving Associate to join our Shipping & Receiving team. This position is responsible for verifying incoming shipments, accurately completing receiving documentation, and helping maintain an organized, efficient work environment. During slower periods, you'll also assist with light office and clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Complete and certify receiving documentation with attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed clearly and legibly.
• Assist with light office and clerical tasks during downtime.
• Help keep the Shipping & Receiving department organized and running efficiently.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Clear, legible handwriting is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for a significant portion of the workday.
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or quality control experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
