What You’ll Do

• Lead on-site construction for your homes, from pre-construction through closing and warranty
• Schedule trades and deliveries so every phase hits its deadline
• Serve as the main point of contact for trade partners, homeowners and our internal team on every home you run
• Inspect every phase each day and hold the Brandon Homes standard
• Review site plans and blueprints for spec and code compliance
• Run pre-construction and pre-settlement meetings with homeowners, and resolve issues before they grow
• Control costs through careful review of time sheets, invoices, deliveries and inspections
• Use real data to solve problems quickly and make sound decisions
• Take on special projects as the company grows

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional construction project management experience
• Proven ability to manage trade performance
• Strong blueprint reading and building code knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field (preferred, not required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Drug test required
• Able to lift at least 75 lbs as part of daily work
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (we do not sponsor visas)
