Senior Structural Engineer

What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from design to completion
- Provide technical guidance and oversight for project teams
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and contractors to develop innovative structural solutions
- Oversee and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and regulations
- Build and maintain client relationships, with opportunities to support business development efforts
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering with an emphasis on Structures
- 9+ years of experience in structural engineering
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical background with engineering principles
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and managing junior engineers
- Previous experience in business development or a strong desire to develop those skills in the future
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
