Type: Full-time (Mon–Thurs onsite | Fridays WFH)

Compensation: $85-110K DOE + benefits

About the role

Artisan 34 is hiring its first dedicated Sourcing Manager to own pricing, sourcing strategy, and directly impact revenue growth across multiple home textile categories.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You’ll work closely with Sales and Product Development to help win business in real time, partnering on pricing, fabric decisions, and supplier strategy. You will act as a true partner to Sales, helping close deals by owning pricing, timelines, and sourcing solutions.

Artisan 34 is a design-driven home textiles company creating products for major retailers across North America including TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Macy’s, and more.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused heavily on pricing and execution , not just strategy.

• Own end-to-end product costing and price negotiation across categories
• Partner with Sales to support deals and help win business through pricing and sourcing decisions
• Work directly with overseas factories (primarily China, as well as India and Pakistan) across:
• costing
• fabric development alignment
• production timelines
• Analyze cost breakdowns across materials, labor, and logistics to identify savings opportunities
• Act as the key liaison between Product Development, Sales, and suppliers
• Ensure quality, delivery, and margin targets are met across all programs
• Contribute to improving sourcing processes as the company continues to scale

Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years of experience (flexible for the right background) in sourcing, product development, or production
• Experience in home textiles, apparel, or related soft goods
• Hands-on pricing experience is critical
• Direct experience working with overseas factories, especially China
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills working cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth, less structured environment
• Experience in fast-paced or scaling organizations (not purely highly structured corporate environments)

Preferred

• Mandarin language skills
• Experience traveling to overseas manufacturing facilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 DOE
• 15 days PTO + holidays
