Women's Recovery Center Staff

Lutheran Social Services is seeking compassionate Women's Recovery Center Staff to support women in residential substance use recovery. In this on-site role, you will provide day-to-day supervision, conduct safety and wellness checks, support medication monitoring per program policy, and help residents follow treatment plans and recovery goals. You will lead or assist with groups and activities that build coping skills and stability, maintain accurate documentation, and respond effectively to crises. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with counselors, nurses, and case managers to coordinate client care. Guided by LSS’s mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered values, you will foster a respectful, trauma-informed, and empowering environment where women can heal, build resilience, and transition successfully to community living.
