Yo will ensre mximm prticiption of consmers in both site n commnity-bse settings.

In ition, yo will provie on-the-job trining, spport, n monitoring to consmers to help them mintin stbility in their jobs. Yo will lso evelop professionl reltionships with employers n commnicte ny relevnt informtion to yor spervisor.

It will be yor responsibility to coorinte n ocment ech consmer's commnity n site-bse trining scheles, ensring the continity of their progrm throgh ssessment, gol evelopment, t collection, n other ocmenttion. Flexibility will be key in pting to chnges in ssigne res bse on consmer n progrm nees.

Yo will lso ssist in the evelopment of commnity-bse trining sites, incling volnteer sites, n provie ssistnce to Commnity College stff with site-bse clsses s neee. Mintining open commniction with the Progrm Coorintor n consmer cre proviers regring ny consmer nees will be essentil.

• Prticipte in IPP meetings, iscssing consmer progrm nees, physicl nees, n other spport nees. Report on neee gols n progress of crrent gols.
• Provie on the job trining, spport, n monitoring to consmers to ensre stbility in job plcement. evelop professionl reltionships with employers n keep spervisor informe of ll evelopments.
• Flexibility to pt to chnges in ssigne ties bse on consmer n progrm nees. (i.e. working with new consmers, chnging work sites, etc.)
