Senior Journalist / Writer contract role paying $245 - $280/hour, remote. Role Overview
Partner with a leading AI lab on hands-on editorial work evaluating AI-generated writing for clarity, accuracy, structure, tone, and style at the standard of a professional newsroom, while creating reference work that sets the bar.
Scope of Work- Evaluate AI-generated writing for quality, accuracy, tone, and structure.
- Write and edit reference pieces that define excellent output.
- Provide detailed editorial feedback and rewrites.
- Help shape writing standards for AI systems.
- At least one year of experience as an editor, writer, or journalist at a reputable publication, such as WSJ, NYT, Reuters, or comparable, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years.
- Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
- Based in an English-speaking country.
