Providence Healthcare of Thomaston is hiring a GEORGIA LICENSED NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR (LNHA) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care. This is not an interim position.Position Summary: Responsible for the overall management of a facility. Plans, develops, directs, monitors, and supports all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.Requirements:Must possess a Georgia Nursing Home Administrator License.Have at least 2 years of experience in a long-term care facility.Must have overall operational knowledge.*Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
