_ ** **Enrichment Therapy Services (ETS)****_ is seeking TWO passionate, upbeat, and motivated School-Based Speech Language Pathologists to join our small, but growing therapy team for the 2026-2027 school year in an elementary setting!

** Details: **

• In-Person
• Full-Time or Part-Time hours available
• PAID DRIVE TIME TO/FROM HOME AND IN BETWEEN LOCATIONS!
• Lodging stipend offered for longer distance commuters.
• Pay Range: $60-80/hr for all direct and indirect work as well as travel time.
• W-2 or 1099
• W-2 Benefits: 5 paid holidays, CEU stipend, ASHA dues, additional stipends negotiable.
• Location: School District(s) in Central York County, PA (Mount Wolf, Manchester area)

** Caseload Details & Requirements: **

• Elementary (K-3, 4th-6th) with Autistic Support, 55 students - Mix of regular education and special education, some with AAC
• This role requires a strong understanding and knowledge of the IEP process and documentation, excellent communication skills, ability to effectively implement speech therapy techniques in individual and group sessions, and ability to effectively collaborate with school professionals and families to address the individual and unique needs of each student.
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid PA state license and ASHA certification
• Current PA Teaching Certification
• PA clearances within the past year
• Would consider the right SLPA candidate for this position.
