Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert care for patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health staff, and patient families to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress clearly and accurately in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum of one year experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
