CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Kingsville, Texas. This 100% outpatient role offers an engaging practice setting in a vibrant community supported by agriculture, education, and tourism. The provider will enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with a predictable patient volume. Practice Info 100% Outpatient Patient volume: 18-22 patients per day Compensation $265k first year guarantee, followed by wRVU production model Relocation & Sign-On Bonus Quality Bonus Benefits Malpractice with tail coverage Retirement with employer match CME allowance Student Loan Repayment up to $125k (25k a year starting after year 1) Retention Bonus if not utilizing the student loan repayment Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits Time away from practice Shift & Schedule Shift/Schedule – M-F 8:00am-5:00pm Full Time Qualifications Physician must be BC/BE Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
