About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and previously held sales and management roles with Verizon. Those experiences helped shape my passion for leadership, customer service, and helping people find the right solutions.

Giving back to the community is important to our agency. We stay actively involved through local events, sponsorships, and charitable giving, and we enjoy building relationships with the people and organizations we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
