We're searching for exceptional Product Designers who want more than another roadmap to execute. This is an opportunity to own an entire product domain, influence product strategy from day one and design software used by thousands of organisations around the world. The Opportunity You'll lead design for one of the company's most strategic product areas. You'll influence strategy, partner directly with Product and Engineering leadership and define experiences that become core to one of the fastest-growing enterprise platforms in the market. What You'll Do Own the complete product design lifecycle from discovery through launch Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to shape product strategy Design intuitive experiences that simplify highly complex enterprise workflows Conduct user research and translate insights into exceptional product experiences Build scalable design systems that support an expanding platform Prototype, validate and iterate alongside engineering teams Champion world-class design quality across your product area Mentor designers and help elevate product craft across the wider organisation What We're Looking For 7+ years of Product Design experience Experience shipping complex SaaS or Enterprise software Experience owning products from 0→1 or leading major product initiatives A background across both high-growth startups and recognised technology companies Strong systems thinking and interaction design skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication Deep collaboration with Engineering throughout product delivery A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking alongside exceptional visual execution Why This Opportunity?
