Interventional Radiology Neuro Registered Nurse

Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Interventional Radiology Neuro Registered Nurse to support complex neurovascular procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting. The RN will coordinate patient care before, during, and after interventional radiology cases, including stroke and neuro-endovascular interventions. Responsibilities include patient assessment, moderate sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, circulating and scrubbing as appropriate, medication administration, and post-procedure recovery. The nurse will collaborate closely with physicians and technologists, follow strict safety and infection-control protocols, participate in call rotation, and contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
