Responsibilities Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top‑tier customer service Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and work as a Team Member Keep an eye on the goods in‑store to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for our customers Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas Qualifications The ability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds. Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
