Essential Purpose Engage and wow our members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun, results‑focused group workout where everyone feels successful. Responsibilities Answer questions and concerns of participants. Solicit class feedback. Maintain consistency in class start and end times. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward members. Promote the gym and Group Fitness classes. Ensure studio cleanliness, building and equipment maintenance, and safety. Pursue continuing education. Accountabilities Timeliness. Class size management. Safety and reporting of incidents/injuries. Qualifications Ownership of results. Adaptability to various situations. Excellent communication with members and teammates. Team player with willingness to take on tasks. Highly organized. Energetic. Great fitness role model and motivator. Good musicality (staying on beat). Clear communication cues. Dependable. Required Certifications Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification. Valid CPR/AED Certification. Pay $17.87 - $55 USD.
