About this position Job Title: Quality Systems Coordinator $24.00-$27.00/hr Based On Experience + Overtime | Day Shift | Wixom, MI Join a growing precision manufacturing company where quality drives everything we do. As a Quality Systems Coordinator, you will work directly with our Quality Manager to support audits, customer quality concerns, documentation control, corrective actions, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers hands‑on experience in quality assurance, auditing, process improvement, and ISO‑compliant quality systems within a precision manufacturing environment. The Quality Systems Coordinator helps ensure our customers receive products that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement and wants to build a long‑term career in quality and manufacturing. What You’ll Do: Update and maintain quality forms, work instructions, procedures, and other QMS documents Coordinate internal audits, including scheduling, preparation, execution, and follow‑up activities Track and report key quality metrics Assist with corrective action processes by tracking, assigning, and verifying corrective actions Prepare quality data and reports for Management Review meetings Support customer return investigations and help resolve quality‑related issues Ensure compliance with non‑conforming material procedures and quality system requirements Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation Assist with product inspections and quality verification activities as needed Work closely with the Quality Manager and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Why Join Us: On‑the‑job training provided Opportunities for advancement and internal promotion Serving customers worldwide Family‑owned and in business for over 70 years Clean, climate‑controlled facility Paid holidays and time off, including an extended Christmas break Stable, growing company with a strong reputation for quality What We're Looking For: Experience maintaining quality management system (QMS) documentation preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems Effective written and verbal communication skills Exposure to engineering drawings and blueprints is a plus Experience working within an ISO 9001‑certified environment is a plus Experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, document control, or administrative support preferred Reliable, self‑motivated, and dependable High School Diploma or GED required Schedule: Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, with potential overtime extending the shift to 4:30pm About Us: Moeller Precision Tool is a global manufacturer serving the automotive, medical, and industrial markets.
