Job Summary
T he We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with precision mechanical and electrical products. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, comfortable working with small components, and able to follow established procedures and manufacturing processes.
Job Description
- Assemble components and products according to specifications, drawings, blueprints, and established procedures.
- Select and properly use appropriate tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment.
- Perform testing of completed assemblies using mechanical and electrical test equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during assembly and testing.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Identify and verify components and materials used in assembly.
- Use hand tools and rework techniques to complete assemblies and make necessary corrections.
- Perform dimensional measurements and set or verify tolerances for mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Perform precision work involving small mechanical and electrical components.
- Complete labor records and accurately document work-related transactions.
- Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying established manufacturing principles, processes, and tools.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve production and quality issues.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Shift: 3:00PM to 12:00AM (4days/10hrs schedule) Weekends as required
Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision components.
- Ability to use mechanical and electrical test equipment, including: Multimeters/meters, Microscopes, Torque wrenches, Feeler gauges
- Other precision measurement and testing equipment
- Soldering experience with cabling, through-hole, and surface-mount technologies.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to work with high-precision, small parts.
- Strong ability to follow detailed procedures and established processes.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- IPC-610 or IPC-620 certification/experience is a plus but not required.
- Technical or vocational education in electronics, electrical systems, mechanical technology, or a related field.

- High School Diploma or GED
Pay Rate
- $20 - $22 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors) l
