Looking to kickstart your career in management? Alpha The Agency is on the hunt for a motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in Scottsdale, AZ 85260. If you've got a background in customer service and are ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing top-notch customer support
Resolving complaints and issues quickly
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Promote and upsell our products/services, helping customers make informed decisions.
Handle customer issues and resolve complaints efficiently.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing initiatives.
Learn to coach, train, develop and oversee a team of Account Managers.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of prior Customer Service experience
2-4 year degree preferred but not required
Leadership or Management experience is a bonus
Great Communication skills needed

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 Annual
Bonus/Commission: No
