Are you looking for a job that makes you feel good about the work you are doing? Our Wilton Day Service is looking for people who are patient, kind, and creative to join our team. Our staff work hands on with people who have developmental disabilities. If you have no experience, we will provide you with paid training. We also welcome those with experience.

How will you be spending your workday?

• You'll be helping people with goals they are working on
• You could be leading a group in a game, art project, or other creative activity
• You could be taking a group to a community activity or volunteering

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. The hours are 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. The payrate is $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Lead creative activities and art projects
• Assist with daily goals and hands-on support
• Create a positive, engaging daily environment
