POSITION DESCRIPTION

A Warehouse Manager oversees operations at a warehouse or storage facility to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. Their duties include preparing schedules for Warehouse Associates, training new employees on how to use machinery and monitoring compliance with safety standards. Oversee Warehouse Duties Ensure pickup & picture process are being followed Return & picture process are being followed Daily updates are pulled from WHS or ordered in a timely manner Material request lists are pulled accurately & effectively with on time delivery WHS is kept clean, organized, and safety compliant WHS Operations Maintaining a safe work environment Create, organize, and manage a working live WHS database of current stock, BOMS, and project schedules Perform quarterly audits on inventory to record current inventory accuracy Maintain a live vendor list with main vendors listed that have given apex preferred pricing Daily progress check ins with PM's and field teams to build a check and balance system to eliminate future partial BOMS and go backs Build and document client specific processes for pick up, delivery, and asset reporting for every client/project and then teach the logistics team to follow those processes Organize WHS to sections, and assign sections to the database so parts in database are easily located Work with vendors to ensure apex is getting preferred pricing. Fleet management (tracking and getting approvals for service, etc) assisting management with sourcing and quoting SoCal fleet needs, trailers etc. Scheduling all maintenance for fleet, trailers, etc. Test Gear management (validating calibrations, check in and out, inventory of all gear) Handle any and all housekeeping needs Prepare and process orders for all warehouse and office supplies Other Administrative Duties Scan & save packing slips, receipts, pictures and return slips to proper job folders Manage AT&T, TMO, and VZW asset equipment Order and track backorder material Update live inventory system Position Requirements 3+ years of experience in telecommunications industry High school diploma or higher education #J-18808-Ljbffr Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc
