Packaging Operator Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient packaging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Packaging Operator Location: Cockeysville, MD Pay Range: $16.50 Shift: Day Shift (0600 AM - 2:30 PM) What's the Job? Label, inspect, and package final container products using manual and automated systems Operate packaging equipment, including filling, labeling, and sealing containers Maintain accurate documentation of packaging activities and equipment setup Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, and safety policies Assist with other packaging tasks such as sorting, counting, and box formation What's Needed? High School diploma or relevant experience preferred Ability to recognize deviations from specifications and maintain accurate records Proficiency in English, with basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a repetitive environment Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as required What's in it for me?
