Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow

This contract role is ideal for a dedicated Clinical Fellow (CFY) seeking experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school setting near Bridgeport, CT. Work alongside experienced SLPs and educators to help students reach their communication goals.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Connecticut
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy services to students
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and evaluation findings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of student goals
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and services delivered
• Receive mentorship and supervision from a licensed SLP
