The company is targeting 50 billion in annual revenue within the decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.Job DescriptionWhat you'll do:Accurately fill orders, initiate and verify pick tickets, and complete all required paperworkNotify Purchasing and Sales of unfillable orders or low inventory levelsCommunicate professionally with customers in a timely mannerReceive, inspect, label, and properly store materials, including non-stock itemsReport inventory discrepancies to the Receiving Coordinator to ensure accurate recordsConduct timely and accurate cycle counts and inventory checks; match stock to printed ticketsSafely load and unload vehicles; verify product descriptions, quantities, and conditionMove materials within the yard and warehouse; maintain a clean, organized workspaceDemonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere to all protocols, always wearing appropriate PPEWhat you'll bring:Experience operating forklifts for safe and efficient truck loading/unloading2–3 years of warehouse and inventory control experience, including handling building materialsAbility to lift 75+ lbs and work indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong verbal and written communication skills with coworkers, vendors, and customersLeadership or supervisory experience with direct customer interactionAssist with purchasing and inventory management activities.Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.Receive, label, and organize incoming materials.Experience using warehouse and inventory management systems.Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software.What you'll earn:401(k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO, company holidays, and parental leavePaid training and certificationsLegal assistance and identity protectionPet insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP)Benefits for union-represented roles are determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
