Responsibilities Assist with various tasks in the bakery, contributing to the preparation and production of a wide range of items. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Show willingness to help with whatever is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery. Maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Work collaboratively with team members to support overall bakery operations and customer satisfaction. Requirements 2+ years of professional baking experience required. Cake decorating experience preferred A good work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and take on various tasks as needed in the bakery. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Demands Standing for extended periods (up to 8+ hours) Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and kneeling Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly Working in a warm environment near ovens and proofers Some weekend shifts required Benefits Paid training with ample room for advancement and growth within the company.
