Currently looking for a Bartender (Saturday Shift Lead Bartender) to fill Friday & Saturday nights 4/5pm - 12:30/1am and pickup/fill in shifts. Must be available for ALL holidays (holidays are blackout dates - must be available to work). We are closed on Sundays & Mondays. Having another job cannot interfere with scheduling needs at any time, no exceptions.

Qualifications:

• Team player with strong work ethic, takes initiative, and maintains a "can do" positive attitude while adhering to company operational guidelines. Great personality w/ a record of working well within a team environment.
• Combination of a minimum 3 years of high-volume bartending & craft cocktail bartending experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership, lead bartender, or management role preferred.
• Strong craft cocktail, craft beer, wine, and spirits knowledge.
• Experience handling/managing inventory.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and work well in a team environment.
• Have a high sense of responsibility and passion for providing genuine hospitality.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great enthusiasm and managing job responsibilities.
• Have great communication skills
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, Toast.
• Able to lift up to 25lbs
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Understand that last-minute call-outs require securing coverage.
• Current California RBS Certification required.
• Servsafe Certification required
