Installation Helper – Custom Cabinet & Closet

Closet Factory located in Cheshire, CT

Closet Factory – Designs, manufactures, and installs high-quality custom storage solutions throughout the home. As a family-owned and operated company with over 50 years in business, we’ve built our reputation on craftsmanship, service, and long-term relationships. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an Installation Helper to our close-knit team.

Position Overview

As an Installation Helper , you will assist our installers with projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a full installer role over time. You’ll support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients while building valuable skills in custom cabinetry and storage installation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of custom cabinetry and storage systems

• Follow Closet Factory installation processes and quality standards

• Work efficiently as part of a team

• Maintain a professional attitude while working in customers’ homes

• Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs

• Use basic hand and power tools (minimum tools required)

• Learn and develop installation skills under guidance of experienced installers
