Back of House Team Members will work a variety of positions, which include but are not limited to the following duties: Create food you're proud to serve using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Master our scratch-made recipes, from house-made salsas to perfectly prepared proteins. Learn multiple kitchen stations and build skills that can help grow your restaurant career. Contribute ideas and help us continuously improve how we work. What We Offer Average earnings of $18.75 per hour (base pay + tip share). Weekly pay. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
