About the Role Mayser USA is seeking a Quality Specialist to support and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with IATF 16949 standards. This role ensures compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory requirements while supporting quality planning, production quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support internal departments and external customers on quality planning, inspections, and process improvements Maintain the QMS, including documentation, APQP activities, audits, and Layered Process Audits (LPAs) Manage product measurements, gage calibration, and quality lab operations Support supplier quality, including PPAPs, audits, corrective actions, and performance monitoring Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and program management to resolve quality issues Prepare reports and updates from customer portals (e.g., GM SPPS, Stellantis systems)
