Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final pharmacist verification of compounded prescriptions prior to dispensing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Verify prescription orders for clinical appropriateness, dosage accuracy, patient information, potential drug interactions, formulation integrity, and labeling requirements.

Qualifications:

• Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, preferably within a closed-door pharmacy environment.
