Administrative Physician Owner Opportunity - Established Norwalk Practice (MSO-Partnered)

Practice (MSO-Partnered) Unity MSO is seeking a California-licensed Physician to assume ownership of Lucita M. Cruz M.D., INC, a thriving community practice in Norwalk. This is a "Friendly PC" model designed for a physician who prefers administrative leadership and corporate oversight over daily clinical rotations. The Role Serve as the President and Shareholder of the Professional Corporation. Consult as needed on medical issues and sign-off on medical and/or legal documents. Partner with Unity MSO, which provides full-turnkey management, staffing, and billing. The Benefits Maintain your own primary practice or semi-retirement while earning a consistent administrative fee. No daily patient-facing requirements; work with an established team of experienced Mid-level Providers. Full administrative support handles HR, Rent, and IPA contracting, and credentialing. Compensation After hiring and during contracting and credentialing with payors: $500 monthly After transfer of shares and establishing ownership of Lucita MD: $1,000 monthly total Additional annual bonuses Time requirements 1 to 2 hours of on site and remote combined.
