Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this dynamic role, you'll supervise a dedicated team of three Registered Behavior Technicians, guiding them in implementing evidence-based interventions and encouraging their professional growth. Your expertise will also be key in assisting with the creation and refinement of individualized behavior plans, as well as collaborating closely with teachers, aides, and staff to promote consistency and best practices throughout the year.

Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent experience as a Behavior Specialist
• Demonstrated experience supervising RBTs or similar staff in a school or youth setting
• Strong understanding of the development and implementation of functional behavior plans
• Excellent collaboration and coaching skills when working with educational professionals
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and student-centered behavioral practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide professional supervision, training, and guidance to three RBTs
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support best practices in classroom management
• Create, review, and adjust data-driven behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Offer hands-on assistance and model behavioral strategies to promote student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to a positive school-wide climate
