We’re looking for an IT Enterprise Systems Architect to be part of making that happen.   About the RoleThe IT Enterprise Systems Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving enterprise IT architecture solutions that support scalable, secure, and efficient business operations. This role partners across IT and business teams to solve complex technical challenges, lead architecture initiatives within defined functional strategies, and support modernization efforts including AI enablement, automation, integrations, and cloud transformation.The role operates with a high degree of independence, providing technical leadership for architectural decisions while aligning solutions to business objectives, security requirements, and operational standards.Primary Responsibilities and DutiesDesign and maintain enterprise architecture solutions for IT-owned systems and platformsLead architecture efforts for moderately complex cross-functional initiativesTranslate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutionsDefine integration approaches across SaaS, cloud, and on-premise platformsSupport AI and automation initiatives through architecture guidance and implementation supportEvaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations aligned to business needsEnsure architecture solutions align with security, compliance, and governance standardsCollaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and business teams on solution deliveryIdentify opportunities to optimize system performance, scalability, resiliency, and costProvide technical mentorship and guidance to team members and project teamsContribute to architectural standards, documentation, and best practicesSupport vendor evaluations and technology selection activitiesAbout YouYou’re a collaborative and solutions-focused technologist with a strong foundation in enterprise architecture and modern platforms. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level.
