This role partners closely with Human Resources, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop impactful learning programs that support performance, career growth, succession planning, and organizational success.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a company-wide learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and workforce needsAssess skill gaps and create scalable learning solutions that support employee growth across all levels of the organizationBuild and maintain a structured learning roadmap that supports onboarding, leadership development, technical training, compliance, and professional developmentDesign, facilitate, and evaluate leadership development programs for emerging and established leadersCollaborate with HR and business leaders to strengthen management effectiveness, leadership capability, and succession planning effortsOversee the development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of training programs across multiple learning formats, including instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning platformsEnsure learning content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with business objectives and employee development needsPartner with leaders and HR teams to support performance management, development planning, internal mobility, and career growth initiativesPromote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, accountability, and professional development throughout the organizationManage the Learning Management System (LMS), training records, and learning administration processesMonitor training participation, completion rates, compliance requirements, and learning outcomesEstablish and track key performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive data-informed improvementsAnalyze employee feedback, training results, and business performance indicators to enhance learning initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support organizational change, workforce development, and strategic talent initiativesStay current on learning and development trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve programs and learner experiencesMust HavesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational DevelopmentProven experience designing, facilitating, and managing leadership development programsStrong training facilitation, presentation, and communication skillsExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologiesStrong project management, organization, and program execution skillsAbility to build relationships and influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExperience measuring learning effectiveness and using data to drive program improvementsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement mindsetNice to HavesCPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) certificationCHRMP certificationExperience supporting succession planning and leadership pipeline initiativesExperience leading organizational change management or workforce development programsKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesExperience working in a manufacturing, engineering, technology, or industrial environmentFamiliarity with talent management and performance development processesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based bonus potential4 weeks of PTO plus paid holidaysComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with employer matchA collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvementOpportunities for career growth within a global technology leaderUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
