Registered Client Service Associate

This role plays a key role in ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care, accuracy and follow-through. You’ll be part of a collaborative advisory team supporting high-net-worth clients, ensuring all account activity, documentation, and service needs are handled with precision and professionalism. What You’ll Do Serve as a primary contact for client requests, paperwork, and account maintenance Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all client records and custodian communications Collaborate with advisors and operations to deliver a seamless client experience Process new accounts, transfers, and service requests with attention to detail Troubleshoot issues and help identify process improvements across the team What You Bring 3+ years of experience in wealth management, client service, or financial operations Series 7 license Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong technology aptitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills A professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to client relationships 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision coverage, generous PTO Professional development support, including licensing and continuing education Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong leadership and long-term stability Location: Milwaukee, WI | In-office with limited hybrid flexibility If you’re someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and thrives in a collaborative, values-driven environment — this could be your next career move.
