Expanded Specialties With the addition of two criticalists providing 7‑day‑a‑week coverage and the launch of in‑house cardiology, our hospital has grown to meet diverse medical needs. Robust Emergency Team Join a well‑rounded group of 10 ER doctors, a team size carefully crafted to meet scheduling and operational needs. Position Details Qualifications We are seeking candidates who are either internship‑trained or have 2‑3 years of ER experience. Compensation Option 1: Base salary of $195,000 plus 25% production for 13 shifts per month. Option 2: Base salary of $150,000 plus 25% production for 10 shifts per month.
